This should be a mantra by all, then we get stressed out by the negatives piling up on top of one another. Some people like my husband, let it all out...I pretend to listen, but I think of him like a child not having what he wants so I can smile at my thoughts and not be too sorry for him. Some people, like the Japanese go up the mountains and yelled and screamed their hearts out, then they come back down to earth happy. I guess it depends on how you conduct your negativeness inside you. I prefer to keep busy and just do my work and I am happy. Fresh air does it too...There is nothing like fresh air in your face to clear my bad mind and vibes.
