Rudi, thank you very much indeed for your kind words
Izzie, thank you so much Yes , if we have an expert in the art of cooking at home, diet is quite impossible
Thank you very much Joe; no, that was a real drink where as this one is red paint in aqueous medium
Yes so true...but sometimes, imagination is better than no imagination.
Thank you very much, John
Thank you very much Joe; it was a temporary gateway constructed on the occasion of a festival in a Hindu temple; it has led light all over...a nice thing to see at night
Izzie, thank you so much; yes sometimes we live on our imaginations than on reality
Like my life at times -- chaotic -- but good afterwards when everything settles down (for a while).
It's beautiful!
Izzie, thank you so much
Joe, thank you very much
Sometimes 'ugly' can be beautiful too in its own way...
So true and well spotted Nandakumar. By the way, I hope that you haven't been affected by yesterdays tragic events in Kerala?
John, thank you very much for your compliments
Izzie, yes very much true; ugliness is only one aspect of a thing, there can be other beautiful faces too ....Thank you so much
John, thank you very much for your concern. Yes, that was a grave disaster of enormous human loss; death toll crossed 105; I had attended another such festival a week ago and the image of illumined installation (scape.457), the two images of reflections (scape.458 and 459) all were taken from there. For the next two-three months, it is such festivals all over Kerala.
This disaster occurred at a place about 300km away from here. The blast -a consequence of human negligence- was so powerful that some concrete pillar part flew nearly one kilometer and killed a biker traveling by. Pray such things never repeat anywhere in the world....Thank you very much

Thanks for the link, Nandy...sad loss of human lives. I am glad you and your family are too far away from this disaster...and not really affected.
Thank you very much Izzie; The court is proposing a legal ban on large scale usages of such explosives in connection with temple festivals; Policemen will be more watchful on the premises to see rules are strictly maintained. It is suggested that more of Chinese kind of crackers which seldom cross the decibel limits may replace the heavy blasters... Even elephants will be used less in festivals because they are made stand long hours as a part of rituals, which turn them violent; such incidences are frequent here... So Kerala festivals will be less colorful and less noisy anymore...Having seen several disasters of small scales and large scales, Kerala mind is now ready to accept the new restrictions....
