Life is not without its inherent imperfections....
We all have warts, some can be seen because it is right on top; others are hidden from view. I mean "warts" in all aspect of life.

Love to know...now we must take care that nature doesn't overwhelm us too (floods, catasthropies like tornadoes and the like, etc.) Nice presentation, everything matches.

Yeah...now I know what getting old means -- wider on the sides...
    Smile, Nandy...just joking...

That is human nature...the weak follows the ones with the louder voices thinking they are good leaders. Unfortunately there are those that has loud voices that really do not care and pretend to treat them well. The weaklings follows them like lemmings because they were not taught how to think for themselves and what is good for themselves individually. One day when these weaklings had enough, they too will rebel against the ones who divided them. Sometimes it is too late for some.

The successful ones knows how to move on. They have support of family behind them...and friends who really means well. The successful ones needs patience to teach...

Said very well Izzie; In #927, i actually did not connect image with statement. They are independent of each other,The flower in scape.929 is mostly a member of Dahlia i suppose; that was clicked at a flower show too; thank you very much for evaluating every image and statement

To conceal age in an image is easy, but not that easy to do so in real life

Because the human population is diverse and each has an opinion of his/her own to follow. It is when we blend our opinions that we go in a direction of agreement. What we agree upon is another topic entirely.
Are these dianthus? Have a wonderful scent to them? I have some that look like the same family of flower. Beautiful display of flowers!

It is very hard to conceal age, especially when one does a complete flop - face first - to the ground. I'm still recovering from that one........ fortunately, I didn't break anything except my pride! Is that where the statement "pride goeth before a fall" came from! <LOL>
I like the rose! You didn't "photoshop it", did you? It is lovely as it is.
