thank you very much, John actually they are just sliding down to water to begin the competition; my angle of shooting was such that it may appear that the boats of the participants had collided; but every thing went smooth then....

Not keen on the way you have processed the background in this one Nandakumar. Focus varies with distance. However, the expression on the boys face is worth the image.
