Kevin, I was hoping that you would make it to that park during the cold...make for gorgeous images.
Your ability to visit on foot makes me reminisce of days long past.

Kevin please do not post any more images from there, it is a 8-1/2 hour drive from here to there and every time I see them I want to go.
    Thank you

    Cheers: Allan

No promises, mate. Still hoping to get some more extensive ice formations as the ice builds over the next 6 weeks or so. I would like to get to some new places, but the variations from season to season are pretty much inexhaustible.

What a wonderful set Kevin. These confirm my desire to go back to this area for all four seasons, I just don't think I can get my wife to camp in the winter season. "Rock House" and "Fat Mans Squeeze" might make some interesting shots...if you could get to them

    Thanks much, Jon.

You are absolutely right, in that Rock House and the Cantwell cliffs are really dangerous when icy. If I go ahead and get a ultra-wide zoom, I might just make an attempt, but it may really require ropes and crampons
