Awwww...........she is beautiful! I love doggies and Shelties are one of my favourites. I like the eyes...I think I can see you in the reflections of his eyes...
Is it my monitor or you got too much green in this shot?

That is a very serious look. Pretty pup.
Something looks off with the processing on this image. Looks like a backlit shot and perhaps a bit heavy handed on shadow recovery? Or was it shot with in camera D-lighting? It just seems flat and de-saturated.

Huge difference...more better...slide the highlight slider toward the left as you've clipped some highlights.

Much better. As pointed out by others just tweak the highlights a bit and you're there.
