    Hummingbird

This is the first time that I have captured a Hummingbird. Interested in thoughts of composition/cloning for the crop of this.

    There is the original:
    Hummingbird
    Nikon D3100 F/5.6 1/1000sec ISO3200 200mm Exp comp +1.0

    Some of my other versions:
    Hummingbird

    Hummingbird

Thanks Wavelength. I was surprised myself that the quality did not fall apart when cropped this tight. ISO was 3200.

    Thank you.

Are there any alternative crops or compositions that someone would suggest?

    Re: Hummingbird

Matt it looks like you have an excellent environment for photographing hummers. A while ago a guy named Steve posted some spectacular hummers and also posted how he set up the shots he was getting. It was a great tutorial. If someone could find the link.
