The girls who work in the "makeup" of flowers (inside a greenhouse)
The makeup process is to put a plastic bag to keep the moisture of the flowers and to take flower by flower to take out any imperfection that they have.
These are my first photos inside the greenhouse.

Interesting image. I like how the flowers in the foreground lead my eye to the girl working with the flowers. Perhaps you might consider cropping the bottom to eliminate most of the two plastic pails.
Also, please tell us your EXIF data. The image seems quite noisy.

A good idea for a picture.
I think one the challenges we face when trying to make a picture like this is to ensure that we get a good light onto the main subject's face. In this picture we see that the young woman's face is in shadow, because her back is against the light.
One answer to this would be to have another person, not in the frame, holding something white to reflect light back on the woman's face. You can buy reflector panels fro this purpose. This is one example.

I like the yellow color against her white "uniform" but you must be right, it might be too much!!!

Hi Catalina!
Does it look like this shot may be a tad underexposed?
And there is one heck of a color cast going on. Maybe you wanted to keep it so since it is a green house?

Dear terry: I needed more light but I had two technical problems, this girl is shy and I had to shot quicly. The next time I go to the green house, I am not just going to ask, do you mind if I take a picture of you working? I am going to explain more about the process to obtain a good photography, I will take "luces de relleno" to illuminate either her face or her hands. I do't know where the focus should be.
I need these additional lights because the geen house is not completely transparent and tend to give a green light over everything

Catalina

Re: The girls who work in the "makeup" of flowers (inside a greenhouse)
Dear terry: This is not a formal photo but the "sparkling equipment" hanging there ( is not obvious) because is white, disturbs me.
There is much to do in post processing, but I don't have the slighted idea.
Imagine, these flowers cut early in the morning, fly on a refrigerated plane to Miami and then in refrigerated cars to a flowers shops everywhere.
A flower like this cut in the morning could be adorning a wedding that night in Miami or New York.
