Hmmm - that would be "check" instead of "cheque", but unfortunately, we don't have either -- so we just fall upon the mercy of our good folks such as yourself to get it right most of the time so that the poor over-worked admin team don't have to tidy up the mess every 10 minutes. Rule 8
Always capitalize the first and last words of titles of publications regardless of their parts of speech. Capitalize other words within titles, including the short verb forms Is, Are, and Be.
