    Back in Montreal

Was back in Montreal this pass weekend, snowed, cold and very windy not the best conditions to shoot in. We were able to spend some time in Basilique Notre-Dame de Montreal where I took a 3 shot pan of the original Pulpit. Wanted to return on Monday however the weather was calling for blowing snow on the way home, so I guess I just have to return at a latter date.

    Cheers: Allan

Great subdued light yet brilliant colour. If you can do better than this on a return trip it will be amazing. Just don't endanger your life to get there

You've managed the lighting very well. Wonderful richness of tone in the image.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments, one of the things that helped was the weather, heavy overcast, light snow which really cut down the light coming through the windows so you actually had better control of the light. Now it is quite dark in Notre Dame, but with a tripod it is great fun in there also warmer than the -33C wind chill out side.

    Cheers: Allan
