    Underexposure Recovery

    Yes John, the original lacks a lot of detail and has a fair bit of noise. However, just as an experiment, I have had a bit of a go at it.

    For me, the first stage is a crop. Having two slight areas of out of focus heads is just about acceptable, but in the original they dominate the whole scene. Possibly, I might go for a 4 x 5 ratio crop instead.

    Thanks Geoff for the comments and suggestions. The editing attempt was more savoring the memory of the event. I'm always impatiently waiting for the golden hour that I continue shooting when the opportunities are fading as fast as the light. I've had some success with shooting lowlight images, but when the subject is moving as much as she was, the success rate dwindles very quickly. This was shot with a micro 4/3rds and I didn't have my 20mm f/1,7 lens yet. I had a 50mm f/1.8 lens with me for my Nikon but it was manual focus.
