    Two things Brian, Myra did you a huge favor cause that's a nice shot, but...a shot of a spider's butt lacks appeal.

    perhaps more appeal to another spider? But the problem was that there was no way to set up to get a frontal or belly shot. maybe next time.

    Some people seem to prefer the rear end of a spider than actually meeting it face to face.

    With that shot, you can make out the spinners at the rear tip, which is sometimes important for identification. And the web is also clear.

    when i went in for a close up he slowly turned around and looked me eye ball to eye ball and i slowly left without a shot.
