Sun, wind and kite surf (first trial to take photos)

Normally I don't take photos of people that I don't know. But, only for training and learning I decided trying to photograph these two kite surfers. I would like to have your comments and suggestions about the pictures. The compositions are good? Or it would be better to focus on only one subject? The surfer or the kite? (I have a 1200 mm FFE lens). Should I try an other point of view?

    Cheers,
    Antonio.

I've tried shooting those folks and it's a tough image to make because of the long rigging. Ya can't get tight on both the surfer and the kite. All you could do is hope for a shot when the kite is behind the surfer and try for some kind of a focus stack.

Best to treat this kind of action as a series, get what you can of both kite and surfer and then just concentrate on the surfer.
