    Lichen the Old Truck

Not recent shot but recent process. I also can't tell if it's a good shot or if the opportunity to make a pun overrides my filter process

It would be irresponsible to pass up an opportunity to pun.

You really captured the detail and texture and brought it out very well in PP.

Did you take more photos from different angles?

    Trevor,

    What an opportunity, nicely processed.

Somehow to me the fact that the windscreen is still intact considering the state of the rest of the vehicle seems unnatural. Perhaps this is because I'm too used to seeing the work of vandals

Nice photo and PP. I really like the texture. I think this truck deserves a couple of hours exploring different angles and some close ups. I love old rust buckets!!

I probably need to work on them a bit more to reduce the bright area on the truck hood. These are four other angles The lichen is most evident on the north side of the truck, always in shade

Nice, I like these additional angles as well, especially the second and third and these would look good in black and white.

I really should go back there. Seeing the older images made me realize how many I need, or want, to revisit

Great shots Trever. I can almost feel the lichen.

Now you know why that 2.5k is better in your pocket, you certainly do not need "enhancing".

Where I grew up that sort of thing was used as yard art, right along side of your washing machine.

Hey...you can take one of those trucks, remove the engine and transform it into a backyard bar-b...
