Now the printer she is using is a all-in-one printer (fax, photocopier, scanner, and photo printer) not a lot of adjustments that can be done not like a Epson 7900, this unit is basic. One question is, is she printing from the Elements program or from something else like Microsoft Windows. One thing I would suggest is that at this time let the printer use it's default setting until Sharon learns more about colour management. The first thing I would do to improve the colour management is to get and install a colour calibrator program to make sure that the colours that she sees on the screen is the same as the ones the printer prints. Either the Spyder or X-Rite however the unit that is only good for a monitor, I believe that both are under $90.00 US. Now the RX595 does come with a good selection of ICC profiles of a large number of Epson stocks. At this time I do not know if Elements print interface allows Elements to manage colour that could depend on version and I said this is not known.
I would hate to give someone too much or conflicting information and they end up dazed and confused.
But get the monitor calibrated you can not go wrong there.
