Hello, this is my last shoot.

The lighting doesn't do anything for the apple but the vegetable looks great. Nice effort.

I'd like to disagree with John. I think it's really well lit overall. I'm not sure if the lettuce (Bok Choy?), compliments the apple or not, though.

But I do like it.

What I like about the image is the mood and the colour. You might have tried to avoid the harsh shadow underneath the (what is it?) spinach. Consider doing it again turning your camera upside down, using in camera flash as fill, to soften the shadow.

I like the idea. Have you been commissioned by Popeye to do a Mac add?

Welcome Melanie,although you say 'Apple,still life' the main subject of your photo seems to be the green vegetable rather than the apple.But I like your shot and I hope it won't be your last one In addition,the colour of the cloth underneath doesn't make the apple and vegetable stand out,in my opinion a cloth with let's say grey colour would suit more.
