    Annya

I rarely do people but I liked this picture of my granddaughter so I thought I'd try to see what I could make of it.

It is a very nice photo. I like how you got down to your granddaughter's level.

I like this because it's a child being so childlike. I'm not sure how I feel about the distortion caused by your 18mm focal length; sometimes I think it complements the humor of the situation and sometimes I think it's a distraction.

Thank you all for the kind comments.

With 12 grandsons, but only 3 granddaughters, the girls really know how to pull grandpa's heart strings.

Beautiful image of a beautiful little girl! I adore the perspective, the moment captured and the gorgeous light. Truly special.

Great image Frank... I wonder how it would look with slight edge darkening (vignetting)?

I think you would have to work pretty hard to make a bad photo of this cute little subject.

All of the comments are very much appreciated!

Richard, at one point I did apply vignetting which can still be seen at the top, but later I changed the crop and neglected to reapply the vignetting. Thanks for catching that!
