    Soft yes, waxy yes, sharp ... not too bad, but a little output sharpening would make it better.

    Okay what do you mean by 'output sharpening'. the only sharpening I have is in my gimp and photoscape.

    It's a final sharpen after the image has been down-sampled for internet display. Usually it's in the order of 50 to 100% @ 0.3px and 0 threshold, but may need to be higher if the previous sharping wasn't "pristine".

    first I will figure out what this means then I will figure out how to do it.
