Kelvin, I really like your image. It makes me want to look at it. I'm not very confident in this suggestion but to my taste I think the image should be the tiniest bit brighter.

The plug ins were mostly from Topaz Labs. But the main one I used to create the water is called "flood" from flaming pear, a really fun plug in.
