Thanks for the comment and critique. I wanted to convey or perhaps suggest another decade in time, therefore tried a bit of sepia in the last. I think the colors in the second are a bit too sharp and could perhaps use a bit of grain to suggest an aged photo. What do you think?

For me I think this is one of the rare cases where the crisp, colour version is most apt - leaving aside the politics and the reasons why old cars are so prevalent in Cuba - your image really shows the attention and care they receive from their owners.

nice shot. I like the first best. I don't think the sepia contributes. Then again, it's all taste.
I'd crop some off the top. Too much empty space up there, and some of the details, like the doors, draw the eye away from the car.
