Sergio, thank you for commenting. With these handheld shots I find it all comes down to camera control, resting my elbows on something with the camera pushed hard against my face. Manual focus is used and I use my body/head to move the camera slowly towards focus point and click immediately when the eyes are sharp. There is very little PP done.

I could not guarantee it's a she, but hey, were allowed a bit of imagination in this game I will do some reading up on them to see if there's a way to identify the sex.

It's not the model release forms I'm worried about it's that I now know how to determine the sex of them and I may have been misled by the advances of some

Here's a couple that I salvaged from the evening close up session with flash. I had to do a bit of cloning for highlights but it was good practice.
