Hi,I can,t upload photo, ERROR 503 Unavailable, any Ideas concerning this issue
503 is service unavailable.
If you are utilising O2 in any way, shape or form, then this does not surprise me.
The service has been down all day but they are unable to explain why or who is affected. In one of the most supposedly technologically advanced countries in the world in the 21st Century this is dreadful.
Ian,it is trying to upload in C in C that I have problem with trying to upload from computer.....
Ask moderator for help.
503's usually just temporary - either a busy period or a minor glitch, or maintenance. If it happens tae you regularly, try switching of the PC then the router and switch back on, router then PC. It's most likely tae be the site though and as advised above contact a mod(if one hasn't seen this thread already).
Boab,cheers for reply....
Sometimes it helps to click the "Go Advanced" button.
May give it a try.
Hi Benjy,
Not sure I can help ....
I'd agree the problem may well fix itself, sometime in the next minutes, hours or days (your guess is as good as mine) - ah, I just saw when you posted this
Is it working now?
However, it would have helped me try to replicate the issue if I knew:
Which method of photo upload is failing?
TinyPicWhich browser you are using?
CiC Post Attachment
CiC Album
Direct link from another website
It also would have helped if I had spotted this several days ago - sorry
By all means send me a PM if it hasn't started working by the following day.
In a PM:

Hi Bernard,
Can I suggest you try another browser, or another method of uploading a picture?
As you can see, I had no problem.
Very odd - how you can post in threads and PMs, but not pictures.
Dave, been trying to upload pictures and it seems I can upload pictures taken in the past and not ones taken recently, the only thing different is I bought a new Sony 70 -300 G lens and it is pictures taken with it that seems to be the problem though saying that I uploaded a couple last week with out any problem
