    Skyline

    This is part of the Atlanta Skyline shot in 2008. This image was posted it before; however I thought I repost it.
    I was in Atlanta for a meeting, and this was the view from my hotel room. The ironic thing about this photo is that I almost did not take my photography equipment on this trip.

    If this is the view from your hotel room, you've been lucky -- love the colours...but it will be nice to crop out the building at the left side....

    Great shot - the light/illumination is wonderful. I like the geometricity (is a word, I think) of city scapes like this but this one has a little vertical convergence that affects that adversely and that I think you could fix easily if you were of the same mind. Or not.

    If you ever get to reshoot something like this, consider getting more of the traffic and lights and less of the sky. The sky has great attraction to me but the dynamic nature of the flowing traffic headlights is more integral to the image.
