I picked up a Logan 350-1 mat cutter for about $100. I've been using a Dexter hand cutter for years. What a good investment! Much easier to use and more accurate cuts. Won't fit in my desk drawer though.

That really was a steal! I recently bought the next one up, the 450, for more than twice that. Cracking piece of kit, though.
