Hi Brian. This scene is so busy and contrasty, that I have no clue as to what you want me to see. It definitely needs different lighting to bring out details in the dark area, and it might have been better to pick a main subject and zoom in on that.

You are right it is busy and contrasty. I can work on the lighting but I as I am attempting to show a mother (father) assassin bug with offspring getting rid of either momma or the kids would defeat the purpose?

You were at the scene and remember what happened. The viewers were not there and are unable to make out what is going on without your explanation. I would say you did not meet the objective of showing the mom or pop and kids. Perhaps different lighting or a different camera position would have allowed the details to show.
