Early Fall Morning in Algonquin Park
Still looking and working thru some images that I took last year that didn't catch my eye the first time thru. It was taken about 15 minutes before sunrise, which was 7:05 because of the hills the sun does not clear them for another 20 minutes.
Cheers: Allan

Beautiful shot. I like the colour from the sunrise mixed with the early morning fog. Algonquin is one of my favourite places.

Looks fine to me. I was wondering about a slight crop from the bottom and left side, but that would lose the trees reflection so I suspect you would lose as much as you gained with the composition.

Hi Allan.
You've captured a beautiful scene there. Take a look at cropping off at least half the water at the bottom. As it is now, the horizon is centered vertically, and we don't need as much water to appreciate the brilliant colors in the sky, the fog and the silhouettes of the trees. My two cents worth.

That's a lovely scene. I agree with prior comment regarding cropping a bit off the bottom.
