    Photoshop, Lightroom and Elements Plug-Ins

I have Photoshop CS6 and, although I am no where near an expert using this program, I am fairly proficient in its use.

However, I enjoy using two other programs in conjunction with Photoshop CS6: NIK Software and Perfect Photo Suite...

Perfect Photo has a FREE Edition..

This is not a trial edition but, a totally free edition that doesn't expire. Obviously, this free edition doesn't include all of the capabilities of the Perfect Photo Suite 8 but, you cannot beat the price. Here is a link to a PDF user guide for the free edition of Perfect Photo...

    Have fun!

I'm currently using the 30 day trial of Perfect photosuite. I also downloaded the free perfectFX, and I believe I will stick to that, once the trial expires and is uninstalled from my computer.

Thanks for the link to the user guide of PerectFX.

    Richard,

I got the free version a month or so ago and have been enjoying it quite a bit. It is really easy to use and seems to put a very nice 'finish' on my images. I was wondering if you might post an example or two of images you have created that show off this software. What does PPS offer over and above the free version or Elements? I can't see spending so much on yet another plug-in but am always on the lookout for sales and such.

    Hi Richard,

I have Lightroom and Nik. I also have PSE which I rarely use nowadays. Given that you have the full blown CS6, and Nik, what kind of changes / effects do you use Perfect Photo Suite for?
