    It's coming along nicely, Brian. No harsh shadows and we can see inside the blossoms. You might want to clone out the few bright sunlit spots in the lower right side, and you could try making the white a bit whiter.

    That is more like it, Brian!

    If you did manage to lose or tone down those few bright spots I suspect you might get away with actually adding a fraction more brightness to the flowers.

    But if that is going to be a problem, leave it as it is now.

    the white really is pale purple.

    It is getting there. See what happens with the next batch of blossoms. Just a oittle different than shooting for sharpness in a bug.
