I tried to Pan Beachy Head Lighthouse without using a tripod (Actually, I didn’t bring a tripod).
Should I crop it further? Thanks.

If you think about a crop I would suggest a “portrait” crop. It might give a little height to the lighthouse.

You got it, much better. Try to apply the "rule of thirds" to a little extent.
