Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

It was clicked in the streets of New Delhi, India. I know how they make sprouts and the way they mix it. So, I asked him to make a plate of sprouts for me and I knew he will shake the plate to mix the pepper, chilli,e lemon and other stuff. I already framed my shot and as soon as he starts shaking the plate for mixing, I clicked the moment.

I was struggling with the white balance and skin tones in my past shots. I tried my best to fix it here. Thanks a lot Mr. Manfred (GrumpyDiver) for helping me with the white balance.

Very well conceived and executed, Raj. That is an excellent shot. Great depth of field and shutter speed chosen to blur the hands. Can't think of anything to do differently.
