Yes, that works for me, Dave.
Possibly you could try to lose a little of that black area at the bottom. And I suppose a corresponding amount from the right side.
And clone over those small white spots in the black.

Looks good to me Dave, wonderful sky. I think this is one of those cases where having the foreground in silhouette rather than well exposed is the preferred option. This image is all about the sky and water.

Unlike Dave I would like to see a hint of detail in the foreground or about half of it cropped off. The beach and sky is magnificent.

Re: Sun Going Down Behind Welsh Mountains
Hi Dave.
I really like your image. The sky is impressive, the reflection of the sun light on the water in the middle ground adds a bit of abstract-like art and the silhouettes add interest.
I have two suggestions for your consideration. The first is to remove the bright white spot in the sky (about 1/4th the photo width away from right edge and mid sky vertically) because it is distracting. The second is to fill in all the lights in the silhouette (clone tool or healing tool) and then crop off half of the black area at the bottom. The lights and the broad expanse of black do not contribute to the image. My two cents worth...
