    Giant Charaxes Butterfly

    Not sure as why it is called a Giant Charaxes - this one was pretty small - less than 2" (5cm) tall

    Amazing shot John, may i ask what aperture you shoot butterflies at? I have such difficulty with these guys. Love the detail on the wings!

    Very nice shot! Have you considered reducing the brightness of the fruit at the bottom image right? The bright OOF area seems to compete with the butterfly for my attention...

    Claudio, this image was shot with 180mm macro lens at f/11, 1/250 second (with fill flash).
