Re: Broken Dreams Come True
Hi Terry,
If you've ever considered a career in the magic business, I reckon you'd make a living at it :D
So I have a question; have you cloned out what broke the glass (in such a timely fashion) ?
If not, I think I may know how, but won't spoil the fun just yet (nor prove myself an idiot) :)
Did I say "great shot" yet?
Cheers, Dave

Thank you everyone for taking the time to comment on this photo.
I broke two glasses for this. One gratuitously because it just felt good!
Dave, I did not clone out what broke the glass.

You got it Dean!
I sang a double high "C" over the staff! Also know as Super C!
Now I have to replace all the windows in the house too!

I meant was with an Oscillator or frequencies through microphone and speaker in a controlled environment ie garage. But sure if you can hit a perfect C note like Ella Fitzgerald then why not but I doubt if the toughen glass house windows would break even if you held a perfect C for an hour.
Most people would use BB gun to do exploding glass shot but would require an assistant.
Re: Broken Dreams Come True
Very cool Dean. I don't have that kind of equipment (I have a couple of sm58's and a couple of nice amps and speaker enclosures) but I know what you are describing and don't I wish!
I do, however, have an RWS air rifle that would do the job but I didn't have to go to that extreme to get this shot!
I would have ended up not only cutting myself on the broken glass but shooting myself in the foot as well!
