Wine Glass: Very different image of the same glass
Ken Curtis wondered what this photo of the wine glass would be like without the reflection. I finally got around to making the image shown below, which is opposite in every way including what he asked about.
- No reflection rather than with a reflection
- Bright background rather than a dark background
- Textured tabletop rather than a smooth tabletop
- Noticeable horizon rather than no horizon
- Black-and-white rather than in color
- Shows the entire glass rather than part of it
- Soft vignette (created by the lighting) rather than no vignette

Mike,
I think you have some amazing images of glasses, we really need to get you some gallery space in NYC. There are far too many bare penthouse walls that are just crying for your images (and typically they pay a LOT for large, behind the sofa photos).
