    One legged myna

    Hi

    I am a newbie in photography, yesterday I clicked this photo of a myna, I'll be very glad if you guys could critique this photo and give helpful feedback so that I can improve my photography skills.

    Looks like it's pasted on the page with that crop. What was below the bird, is that one solid wall or a perch?

    Loved its isolation from the b/g. was it really single footed or did it hold it withdrawn to the body?

    I would crop tighter, Ankur, to reduce the area of rather distracting background. And selectively reduce the intensity of some of the over bright background.

    But the basic shot is fine.

    I cropped out unwanted part. It's my house wall under that bird.

    Thanks, Nandakumar. It was really one legged, I didn't realised that until I saw other shots of this Myna.
