After some successful uses of the Move Tool in Phtoshop CS4 to centrally align layers, I now find nothing happens. If I select two layers, wanting to align the layer contents on the central vertical axis, with the Move Tool selected then the Option to Align Centres selected, nothing now happens.

Has anyone a solution to this?
