That was dreadful...I know some models or actresses are not really that beautiful in person without make-up, but that video is over the top, I think...

My guess is that they "cheated" and the initial shot is probably what the model looked like, and they used a number of tools (notably the liquify filter) to plump up the model and turn her into a slice of pizza (which was sitting there on a lower layer all along).
