    Hi Donald.

    The bottom half of the image looks very granular. Seeing so much grain is not my preference, although it may be yours. I suspect you pushed up the structure quite high. I like the overall image of this tree, and its little friend, in the fog with some form of hill in the background. The bottom of the image is very dark, but in this case, the darkness prevents us from being distracted by details down there.

    Donald, a great image of a magnificent tree. While this has its merits and is a nice style, I'd also like to one day see a cleaner version of this tree if you can shoot one. Great job!
