Love it Jack, she's a beautiful dog. You may have oversharpened a bit.

I smile every time I see a doodle (mine has me smiling all day long) or whenever I see a doodle picture. They are just about perfect dogs...

Thanks Travis. Yes, I may have over sharpened it a bit, but it brings out a lot more detail in her face.

Thanks Richard, I can't but agree with you. She is a bit of a traffic stopper (if I may be so proud), but I can't walk her (in NYC) without people stopping to ask about her, pet her or just say how cute she is. I'm lucky to be her adopted Dad.

She came down with diarrhea and vomiting, stopped eating, drinking, became totally lethargic. Mutliple xrays and ultrasounds showed no obstruction, but after 5 days vet suggested exploratory surgery to definitively rule out bowel obstruction. None found but after surgery she began to improve. She suffered a massive assault on her (immature) immune system: viral, bacterial and parasitic. To this day there is still no answer as to why she got sick, or how.

    Jack,

I can really sympathise with you there - one of ours (7 yrs old) did exactly the same, our vet tried all the tests but they all proved negative and he even sat through two nights with her whilst she was on a drip - one final xray from another angle showed she had an enlarged heart, whether that was the cause or it's all a coincidence no one knows, but she's now on a tablet a day, chipper as anything and putting back the 8lbs body weight she lost.
