    it is a flower that needs to be shot with care or it can look mote than a little phallic.

    Good control of exposure Brian

    If I have a suggestion, it would have been to just flip the petal out from behind the leaf that 'cuts' its tip off - well I would have.

    I find the small white triangle (severed tip) attracts a disproportionate amount of my attention.

    I like the composition and the leading lines of the other leaves in distance behind.

    What would that have done to the interconnection of leaf and flower? And as silly as this may sound... I probably need a new prescription. I didn't see the petal behind the leaf until I put it up on the computer screen. getting old is not all that it is cracked up to be.
