I am flattered by your question. I use a Fujifilm Finepix S4200. It is not a DSLR. To answer your question as best I can. I used aperture priority with the macro setting, an aperture of 3.26 and an exposure of 1/18 and a F/3.1 with an ISO of 100. Hope that helps. Originally Posted by leslie1283
