    Nice image, any chance there's more of the image on the right? Tighter crop on the left, with more of the tree on the right would be striking.

    Very striking image, John...it kinda reminded me of those kind of backlit shots I did two, three years ago when we had a snowstorm here in MO.

    Thats a really nice photo i like the shadows it looks perfect in black and white :-)

    Nice tone control John. I'm in two minds about that tiny bit of black in the extreme top/left corner though. Do you think it might be better cropped or cloned out?

    Clone looks better John and I wouldn't crop from the left because you are losing the depth of field .Wide and deep area behind adds to the composition
