Try the same shot again shooting at a much smaller aperture, like f8. You were shooting at f3.1 (wide open), ISO 100. You can push up the ISO much higher. At f3.1 the DOF is very shallow.

Remove the leaf running over the seed and focus nearer the top of the seed.

Using smaller apertures will give you sharper and better looking images.

I tried F/8 but there was not enough light. I am a very clumsy person and just about every time I move or remove something I muck up the shot.
