I was just about to mention his tattoos so I'll pass on that. What amuses me were his hair where the spider navigates...Must be really little with the bongos to boot.
Nice quick shots though. Next time show your wife a photo of a tarantula so she will know the difference. This one looks so little to warrant a scream ...

I'm impressed that you got these shots one handed (I assume) since it was on your arm. Steady work there!
And while not a tarantula, I still would have screamed. I really hate any kind of bug or spider in real life... but I quite enjoy looking at pictures of the little creatures.
Thanks Binnur, you have made me smile,again![]()
Cheers Izzie,with the tamborine's last week,the bongo's today,we will soon have a bug band,maybe the new beetle's![]()
Cheers John,appreciated bud![]()
Thank you Amanda, yes one handed, was a nightmare trying to hold the camera without shaking![]()
Don't care how small they are David, as long as they don't bite. Nice shots.
Cheers John,and amen to that![]()
Very nice shots - and no stacking! So tiny and yet so elaborate!
Cheers Mark, yes single exposures I have still to try stacking but could never have managed it with one hand anyway![]()
Oh my, so colourful both, object and BG![]()
Thank you Gigi,I'm a very colourful person![]()
That's amazing. No way could I do that one-handed.
Superb captures David that takes some doing. Something else I must try

I think it is cute, David...so small yet beautiful colour. I saw a bug on the floor this afternoon in my kitchenette. The dogs must have brought it inside. It is reddish in colour but it is dead so I left it alone...
