Yes, I have noticed the same thing since the upgrade. Sometimes they are there, sometimes not (the same picture in the same post, just seems to show up randomly OR NOT). I thought it was just me and this computer, but I went online at work one day and found the same problem. They seem to upload OK. Ctr Refresh works sometimes, and sometimes not. Don't know, I don't see anything obvious, and have too much going on right now to worry about it.
