The Last Two Standing
I've tried to capture the late afternoon spring light on these two elms. There used to be a couple dozen of these beautiful trees lining each side of The Mall. All but these two have succumbed to Dutch Elm disease.
C&C solicited and appreciated.
Thank you,
Andrew

Andrew these are certainly two magnificent trees and captured so well. What really sticks out to me, and I'm no expert, is that your PP work on them is fantastic in that the foliage looks so natural.

Re: The Last Two Standing
Thank you Grahame and John. One of the advantages of living but a block from the main University campus is the opportunity to photograph the well kept buildings and grounds.

Yes a clear crisp shot. Possibly I might try to selectively reduce the highlights on the white areas of the central building just a fraction; but the overall exposure is good.

Geoff - thanks, I'll have a look at reducing the bright white columns.
Izzie - thanks for looking and commenting!
