#1 is good, but I would try to get the light higher next time. Looks a bit hot on the bike frame and the wall the rider's standing on. Light gradually falling off from face to ground would probably work better.
#2 is excellent. It's a serene extreme-sports shot, which is a nice trick. Composition's quite good, but I might try a little more saturation for the sky, and (not sure if this will help) cropping out the ground and going to a vertical composition. That might be an interesting result.
#3, I like the variety of poses, but again, the bottom of the frame looks hot. I would have tried to increase the light on the riders a bit more. They still seem a little on the dark side.
The tone mapping in #4 created halos around the riders. Those could use a little cloning, or a lighter hand with the effect.
