Nice corner to put a little structure there. I like the bonsai-ed pine. Overall the shot is good but I am really bothered by the frame at the right side which will be difficult to clone out. Maybe a different angle would have helped? Just a thought...

Hi John ,I like the colours and reflections but the composition is a bit crowded. Shooting with different angle like Isabel suggests might help

Nice shot John. It looks a little overexposed, maybe?

    Jack,

Thanks for the comments and critique. There were a few hot spots which I tried to tone down.

Nice colors; yes, towards bottom, it is a bit crowded; only if you could climb on the top of that arch and get the image of tree and the water body...may be that is too much to desire, eh?

    Regards

    John,

Are you on the move? How come you used high shutter speed & high ISO?

    Leslie,

I was using a 2X extender which only allows aperture opening of f/9 on my 70-300mm lens. I increased both just to limit camera shake from handholding and also to get a decently exposed image. Had I not been using the extender at the time and had a steady support, I would have used different settings.

Do the settings seem extreme for the lighting conditions?
