Nice capture. My only thought is that it perhaps doesn't need all of the LHS.

I would guess at Left Hand Side.
But if you did crop from the sides it might mean having a different size ratio.

Great job on the grasshopper - Beautifully photographed!
With respect to the background - still a little busy and contrasty for my preferences. If it were my image I would lose a little of the out of focus leaf on the right hand side, and the bright branch on the left hand side (either by healing it out or making it darker)
