It isn't a bird!
Not a bird but it is "Bittern" approaching Beck Hole North Yorkshire yesterday morning. The North Yorks Moors Railway are having a "Spring Steam" event
As always your thoughts, comments and critique are welcome.
Exif, 5D3, 70-200 at 165mm, f11, 1/1256 sec, handheld.

Nicely caught. My only suggestion would be to loose the twigs at the top.

Great plume of steam!
I would probably get rid of the foreground fence.
Next time use a polarizer to eliminate the glare on the front of the engine. Try to pick a different spot, though, where the tracks are straight because adjusting the polarizer quickly enough on that curve would be tough. It's possible that adjusting it in advance to eliminate the glare on foliage would also eliminate the glare on the train but not necessarily.
